The very nature of what we are doing is to clean sails and canvas, that have already been in use for several years and - hopefully - hundreds of enjoyable miles. But since we do not know what conditions they have been exposed to or for how long they have been in use, there is NO explicit, nor ANY implied warranty on the work we do.
If we do not like the result then at our discretion we will not charge you.
You deliver your sails/canvas to us in the expectation that they will look better when you get them back, we try our best yet sometimes for unknown reasons they cannot be cleaned.
Our biggest critics are ourselves.
